Settling in to Nursery
Settling your child into Little Ridges Nursery is our absolute priority and we will be here to support you and your child through any worries you may have. It is very important to us that your child is happy and settled so we will work together with a flexible transition in order to ensure as smooth a start to Little Ridges as possible.
We look to arrange home visits or phone calls to parents/carers in the summer term before your child starts at Little Ridges. We will also hold stay and play sessions in September at the start of the autumn term before children start in their regular attendance pattern. Once the children have had the chance to settle in, we will then finalise the lead leaner groups and in Acorns/Pines which class your child will be going into.
