School Admissions

Reception 2027/28

We are holding a number of open events for prospective parents/carers to come and visit the school and meet our team of staff. The open events will consist of a short tour of our school by a member of our Senior Leadership Team. Please be aware that numbers are limited for each tour and these events are intended for parents/carers to attend so we ask that a maximum of two people from each household attend. Please note that booking is essential and please only book on to one event.

All parents/carers wanting a school place for their child in September 2027 must make an application by 15 January 2027. This means any applications after this date will be considered as late by the Local Authority.

Parents/carers can apply online at www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk from November 2026.

National primary offer day is 16th April 2027. If you’ve applied online, you will receive an email from Buckinghamshire Council with your offer on this date.

In-Year Transfers

REAch2 Academy Trust determines Green Ridge Academy’s admission arrangements in agreement with Buckinghamshire’s Admission Authority (LA). Green Ridge will be part of the Local Authority’s coordinated admissions scheme. The LA encourages parents/carers to consider applying through its eAdmissions process and details of how to apply for a place at the academy are available by following this link.
