The School Day
At Green Ridge Primary Academy, the school day begins at 8.45am for Reception to Year Two and 8.50am for Year Three to Year Six, with pupils required to be on site by these times to ensure an orderly start to learning. Classroom doors open 10 minutes before the start of the school day to allow children time to enter and settle calmly before learning begins.

Lateness & Attendance
Late arrivals after 8.45am for EYFS & KS1 and 8.50am for KS2 should sign in at the school office.

Collection
At the end of the day, pupils will be dismissed from their classrooms at 3.15pm for EYFS & KS1 and 3.20pm for KS2. Pupils attending after-school enrichment clubs will be dismissed at 4.15pm.
For safety reasons, children can only be collected by a known or approved adult listed on the child’s collection form.
Please contact the academy office if someone different will be collecting your child. Any changes must be confirmed by email, including the full name and relationship of the person collecting.
